My creation comes from my studying subtle qualities in the material that have transpired during the creation process. Shape, form and line embody the thinking of work through the piece. The composition strongly informs the spaces between forms, while arrangement also becomes an important factor in the process. The objective in the work is find some kind of imperceptible truth in the relationship between the form and me, with the material and the environment.
