Threaded Porcelain #2
As an artist, I explore identity through craft. During an international residency, homesickness led me to reflect on my mother, a skilled tailor who gave up her craft for family. Honoring her legacy, I combine porcelain with deadstock fabric, embracing both sustainability and hand-making traditions. This fusion allows me to experience her creative process and invites viewers to reflect on the dreams, labor, and stories embedded in craft.
