My work is very recognizable.

At the beginning of the creative process porcelain is shaped into a simple form on the turning wheel.
Later, cuts will transcend the work into its secondary form.
The cut lines are carefully disassembled and sometimes supported by small pieces of porcelain. Some of these pieces are then removed, and the object takes its final form during the last heating.
The artist believes that, "By using the cuts, there is a movement created at a recognizable form. This creates a balance between control and coincidence"
My twisters are a harmony of contrasts. Tight sober forms turn into graceful rhythmic ribbons, which are coming loose by being freed of control.
