Work 1

With time and light solidified in the unglazed porcelain, the work shows the boundary of materials to the greatest extent. Through a series of chemical and physical process, the material experiences the change from the organic life to the inorganic science, and then to the organic spirit to further reveal its essence. Through the presentation of the production process, the work not only involves the space, but also the time. Every crack is its absorption of time. More importantly, the work involves the imagination and emotion. As it is advocated in China’s philosophical thinking, the whole can be recognized through observation of the part, which is a dialogue with the world and with one’s own soul.
